Online Purchasing

#  Most important to Click 'RETURN TO MERCHANT' button on the final Paypal payment page. Otherwise PayPal  won't return you back to Login page to get your  username and password. There is a screen shot help picture on the Buy Now page that shows the simple step.

#  If on the remote chance you're not issued with a username/password, either from the above, or signal dropping out during purchase, your transaction will be refunded and notified via email usually within 24 hrs. If  you wish to retain your account, send us an email at admin@lowvolt.cjb.net  with a $5.00 plan ( this would be refunded)

Alternately,  try later, using your first name as Username and your lastname as the Password as spelt on PayPal's Transaction record ( all lowercase) as we could have manually set you up, or  Ph Sam 0424 835 094.   We also give refunds on unused accounts.

#  We offer free access to websites as a 'live test' for you to determine performance, depending on your signal strengths..

Usage Details

#  At the moment we are scripting up code for User Statistics  to be readily accessible by each user.  If you wish for your usage in the meantime, please email admin@lowvolt.cjb.net with your username and we can email you your current and past usage.

 Plan Details

#  The  time period clock starts from first login. At present, it is not accumulative  ie. For a 1 day  (24 hr) Plan, you have 24 hours access, starting from first login and ending 24 hours later.

#  Which ever is used up first, either timeframe of the  purchased plan,  or Mb transfer  determines termination.

#   If  you wish, you can select by MB transfer. i.e  If  you need 300mb, you can choose the 1 month 300mb plan and use the 300mb up as fast you wish. Once the data transfer is used up, you can get the same, or any other plan.

#  Bandwidth is around 200kbs up and 200kbs down, depending on connection strength.

POP3/SMTP email from your ISP

#  SMTP and POP3 mail maybe remotely accessed depending on your ISP. Normally receiving emails thru your ISP's POP3 should be okay. Some ISP's block you sending  out your emails remotely, thru SMTP, due to security concerns. If you have unsent mail in your 'outbox'  you may not be able to receive emails, as the email client tries to send first, then usually  shuts down your connection, before it receives. The way around this, is to clear your 'outbox', before hitting Send/Receive. The only way  is to send email, in this case is to use a free  HTTP or web based account such as Hotmail, Google etc etc
